Montanans can vote now through Election Day, November 5, 2024. See below for more information.
What is CI-128?
CI-128 simply protects our existing right to abortion before viability in the Montana Constitution. 128 ensures that women and families are the ones making decisions about pregnancy and abortion — not the government.
WHY MONTANANS ARE VOTING YES on 128:
Voting yes on 128 prevents an abortion ban in Montana. 128 keeps the government out of deeply personal medical decisions between women and their doctors.
No matter what we might do when faced with this question, we can’t know what others are going through: perhaps they are a survivor of rape, incest, or facing a health crisis. If it were our friend or family member, we would want them to be able to make the decisions for themselves.
Montanans are Voting YES on 128 this November to protect our freedom and right to make personal medical decisions.
